He has graduated Bachelor of Law from Law Faculty of Padjajaran University Bandung on 2008. He obtained Master Degree of Law (L.LM) from University of Indonesia on 2016. Rangga start his professional carrier as Lawyer since 2008 and was worked in one of prominent litigation Law Firm in Indonesia, Palmer Situmorang & Partners, Jakarta.

Rangga has strong experiences on the Corruption Case, Constitution Law, Administrative Law, Public Election Dispute. He was engaged as Attorney by Companies, Actress & Model, Politician, Public Figure and Individual such as: Actress & Model Novie Amelia, Senior Lawyer & Politician Eggi Sudjana.

Mohamad Firdaus, SH is Co-founder & Partner of Desnata Firdaus & Associate Law Firm. He has graduated from Faculty of Law, Universitas Internasional Batam on 2007. Before decided to fully practice as a Lawyer, he gained his expertise as a corporate lawyer by working for 6 years in several holding companies both local and Multi National as HR & Legal Manager such as: PT. KPE Industries (Oil & Gas), a subsidiary of KNM Group Holding (listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad). PT. Unitech Group Batam (Shipyard – Hotels & Travel Agent – Construction Service) and a Coal Mining company in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

Firdaus has deep understanding in various corporate matters, such as: Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Commercial Transaction, Transfer Pricing, Nominee Arrangement, Bankruptcy/Insolvency. He was involved on submit a claim and attending creditor hearings of PT. Heat Exchangers Indonesia’s (on Bankruptcy), other case is to defend PT. KPE Industries on Bankcruptcy lawsuit by its creditors.

Last but not least, his memorable achievement is when he was appointed as Attorney to represent 45 companies which are subcontractors/supplier/vendor of 3 companies of Drydocks Worlds Group Dubai subsidiaries which result an outstanding Settlement only about 6 months process without going to any court / litigation process. Totally, debts value was around 75 Million Singapore Dollar.
